Internal vs. external content: Structured with customers and in the team

In projects, there’s always content that’s intended only for you or your team—and other content that’s meant for the client.
Stay in control at all times and work professionally with the right structure in Proyex.
Internal vs. external content, simply explained
Internal content is everything that’s relevant only to you or your team.
External content is everything you intentionally share with your client.
The decision is always yours: What does the client really need, and what don’t they?
Typical examples
Internal:
Project planning and structure
the actual implementation (e.g., creating the design)
Internal thoughts, notes, or coordination
External:
Results and interim status
Feedback processes (revisions)
Coordination with the client
Your workflow
Smooth collaboration usually follows a clear process:
First, you clarify the requirements together with the client. Then you work internally on the implementation and prepare a result.
You then share this result externally within the project, for example via a revision. The client provides feedback, which you then implement internally. This cycle repeats until the result is final.
Tips for a clear structure
Always work internally first before sharing content with your client. This ensures that only well-thought-out and understandable results are shared externally.
Consciously consider whether each piece of content is relevant to the client. Not everything that happens in the project needs to be visible.
Keep your communication clearly separated: coordination and feedback with the client belong externally; implementation remains internal.
