Unified Inbox: Replace Built-in Chat with External Integrations

The native chat feature is a thoughtful addition, but in practice it adds another communication channel rather than reducing them. Most teams already communicate via existing tools and won't migrate to a new chat just for Proyex.

Requested approach:

• Remove or de-emphasize the native chat in favor of a Unified Inbox

• Allow users to connect external channels such as Email, Slack, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Teams

• All incoming messages related to a project or client should be visible directly within Proyex, without switching apps

• Ideally with the ability to reply from within the inbox

This would make Proyex the central hub for client communication rather than yet another tool to check.
