Simplified feedback process for multiple drafts in revisions

I want a more simplified way for customers to provide feedback on revisions when multiple drafts are sent. Currently, it feels complicated because a comment must be made on a specific file first. It would be better if there was a more direct or intuitive way to give general feedback or approve/reject multiple drafts without mandatory per-file comments.
