Publicly shareable forms for creating tasks (Standalone Forms) & "Link" field type

I'd like to be able to share forms publicly (via a link) so that my clients can create new tasks in a project without having to sign in. Currently, forms are only available within tasks. I'd also like to see a "Link" field when creating forms.
