Show empty milestones even when the "Hide completed" filter is enabled

I would like newly created or empty milestones to remain visible in the overview even when the "Hide Completed" feature is enabled. Currently, empty milestones are hidden because they do not contain any open tasks. This makes adding the first tasks cumbersome, since you first have to disable the filter to see the milestone.
