Inconsistent Notes Across CRM Modules (Company, Pipeline, Contact)

I am experiencing an issue where notes associated with an created company are not the same as the notes in the pipeline, and also differ from the notes on the contact itself. This is not advantageous, as it means having information about a potential customer in three different places.
