The CRM Dashboard

The CRM Dashboard gives you an overview of your entire sales operations. All metrics and charts update in real time and can be filtered by date.

Key Metrics at a Glance

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see the most important figures:

Pipeline ValueTotal value of all open deals
Open dealsNumber of active sales opportunities
Closed dealsClosed deals in the selected time period and their total value
Lost dealsDeals that did not close
Conversion rateWhat percentage of closed deals were won
Average deal valueAverage value of all open deals

Widgets and charts

Below you will find detailed analyses:

Won deals over time

Shows the monthly trend of your closed deals, broken down by account manager. This helps you identify trends and track the performance of individual team members.

Deal conversion

How are your deals distributed across the pipeline stages? This widget shows you how many deals are in each stage and what the conversion rate is between stages.

Average deal value

Compares the current average value with the previous period—including the percentage change.

Deal Duration

How long does it take on average from creating a deal to closing it? This widget shows the average duration in days and the trend compared to the previous month.

Deal Performance

Monthly overview: How many deals were opened, won, and lost? Ideal for identifying seasonal patterns.

Deal Progress

Visualizes how deals are distributed monthly across the individual pipeline stages.

Pipeline Value Trend

Compares the current open pipeline value with the value from 30 days ago.

Reasons for Loss

A pie chart showing the most common reasons why deals are lost. Prerequisite: You enter a reason when a deal is lost.

Activity Overview

Shows completed and open activities, broken down by type (call, email, meeting, task, note).

Recent Deals

The 10 most recently updated deals, including company, contact, person in charge, and stage.

Date Filter

By default, the dashboard displays the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31). You can select your own time period at any time—all widgets will adjust immediately.

Permissions

To view the dashboard, you need the "View CRM" permission.
