Change Your Plan

You can change your Proyex plan at any time—whether you’re upgrading or downgrading. The change takes effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Open the billing overview via the sidebar (under "Settings").
Click "Change Plan."
Select the desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or annually).
You’ll see a comparison of your current and new plans—including the price difference and any features added or removed.
Confirm the change.

Immediate activation: The new plan is active immediately.
Pro-rated billing: Amounts already paid will be pro-rated—you’ll pay only the difference or receive a credit.
Features: New features are available immediately. Features not included in the new plan will be deactivated.

You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time and save money. To do so, go to the billing overview and select “Switch to annual.”

Before every plan change, Proyex shows you a detailed overview:

Member limit: When switching to a plan with fewer seats, your team must fall within the limit. Remove members beforehand if necessary.
Currency: The currency (EUR or USD) is set during the initial subscription and cannot be changed later.
Add-ons: Additional packages (e.g., storage, AI) are retained when switching plans.

Only the team owner has access to the billing page and can switch plans.

Will I lose data when downgrading?

No, your data will be preserved. However, features not included in the new plan will be disabled.

Can I switch plans during the trial period?

Yes, you can choose a different plan at any time, even during the trial period.

When will the difference be charged?

The difference will be calculated immediately and applied to your next invoice.
