What can you do with Zapier?

With the Zapier integration, you can connect Proyex to over 7,000 other apps—both in project management and CRM. You can automatically respond to events, create or update data, and search for information in Proyex.

Triggers — Events That Trigger a Zap

A trigger automatically starts your Zap as soon as a specific event occurs in Proyex:

Project Management

New task created, task completed, task updated, task assigned, task deleted, milestone completed, project completed, revision approved, revision responded to by the client, new file added to the project

CRM

New deal created, deal stage changed

Actions — What Zapier Can Do in Proyex

Actions are executed when a trigger is fired. The following actions are available:

Project Management

Create project, Create task, Update task, Complete task, Assign task, Create milestone

CRM — Contacts

Create contact, Update contact, Delete contact

CRM — Companies

Create a company

CRM — Deals

Create a deal, update a deal, mark a deal as won, mark a deal as lost, reopen a deal

CRM — Activities

Create an activity, update an activity, delete an activity

Search — Find data in Proyex

With Search, you can look up existing entries in Proyex, for example, to update them in a subsequent step:

Project Management

Search for a project, search for a task, search for a milestone

CRM

Search for a contact, search for a company, search for a deal, search for deals by contact, search for an activity, search for a user

For projects, tasks, milestones, contacts, companies, deals, and activities, there’s a “Search or Create” combination for each: Zapier first searches for an existing entry and automatically creates a new one if none is found.
